SEMAN PERÚ SAC has the AS9100 certification for aviation, aerospace and defense with which we offer our precision machining services for the aeronautical industry and industry in general. We have a manufacturing plant equipped with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to perform machining with chip removal. The manufacturing plant is equipped with 3,4 and 5-axis Machining Centers, 2-axis CNC Lathe, and 3-axis CNC Router, in order to meet a wide variety of requirements.
Among the services we offer are the following:
- Reverse Engineering Service
- We make CAD Designs, using Autocad, Inventor and Solidworks software
- Execution of metalworking services, projects and products
- Machining of parts on CNC Lathes: couplings, horns, connector bushings, axles, studs, special bolts.
- Manufacturing in CNC Machining Centers: parts for aircraft (fittings, trakcs, joint covers, sparks, etc.), industrial, agricultural and mining sectors.
- 2D cutting and engraving service on a CNC Router.
- Machining service in all types of industrial parts after a feasibility study and in various types of materials such as: iron, steel, aluminum and others.
